Dear Colleagues, There is an opportunity at Winston that could help your school as well as mine, especially if budgets are challenging  and/or you are experiencing falling rolls. I am looking to find someone to join my senior leadership team on a secondment for 6 months to a year, enabling some re-structuring to take place, while providing capacity. This is an opportunity to experience a different setting, with strong core values and a creative approach, we always do things the 'Winston Way'.  In other words great CPD!  It is also an opportunity for us to learn from someone coming into Winston.
