Two fantastic days of learning and connection

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Surrey Secondary Phase Council’s Residential Conference. Across two days, Surrey secondary headteachers came together for professional learning, honest discussion and reflection, with plenty of opportunities to reconnect and share ideas.

Our speakers brought insight, expertise and powerful personal perspectives to a programme exploring leadership, inclusion, SEND, wellbeing and the lived realities behind the data. From practical approaches to challenging questions, there was much to take away and consider in our own school communities.

A huge thank you to all our speakers, delegates and everyone who helped bring the conference together. Your contributions, openness and enthusiasm made it such a successful and enjoyable event. We hope you returned to school feeling refreshed, inspired and supported by the colleagues around you.
