The Secondary Phase Council’s annual September Residential Conference brings Surrey secondary Headteachers together at the start of the academic year for two days of reflection, professional learning, and connection.

Building on the ethos of previous residential conferences, the conference will offer a blend of inspirational keynote input, thoughtful discussion, and time to connect with colleagues in a supportive setting away from day-to-day pressures.
