Summer Conference June 2026

The Secondary Phase Council’s June Conference brings Surrey secondary Headteachers together at the end of the academic year to share practice, engage in professional discussion, and reflect collectively on the challenges ahead.

The day will include morning quadrant meetings, followed by a whole-group conference in the afternoon.

The emerging theme for 2026 is Inclusion and meeting need in challenging times, with a focus on the practical realities of leadership, including structural and financial constraints, the SEND White Paper, exemplary inclusive practice, change management, and working effectively with challenging parental relationships.
